Sometimes organisations recognize that their staff are under extreme stress and recommend counseling. Whilst this may be appropriate for some, others can see it as pathologising the individual staff member, making it seem as if they are 'sick', a 'failure' and in need of 'psychological help'. The service we offer is very different. We support and guide the individual to deal more effectively with the challenges of the workplace, to effect changes in the workplace and in their responses to it
This support can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit you. Support sessions are typically an hour and a half, but can be longer or shorter to suit you. Whatever your needs, we can agree a package with you that gives the support and development you need.
